Abstract： In online teaching process， learners should recognize the importance of curriculum resources in each module main sections of content， and its careful study， which is the first step in online learning. At the same time， teachers have with students and learning centers， rather than teachers themselves， schools and teaching center. Having said that， in practice， still appears a poor student motivation to learn， lack of teachers on their own "mentor" status awareness， and other online resources in the form of a single question， which requires starting from the issue to put forward countermeasures.
诉讼是纠纷解决的最后一道公力救济途径，但在实际生活中，物业公司与业主一旦发生矛盾，第一选择往往是到法院提起诉讼，而在大多数中国人观念中，走上法庭代表着关系的决裂，将破裂的关系修复起来十分困难。法院在建立物业纠纷巡回审判机制同时，牵头成立区物业纠纷联动处理工作小组，由住建部门、物价部门、公安部门、街道办事处、人民调解委员会共同参与，建立人民调解、行*调解、司法调解“三调合一”的物业纠纷预防和化解机制。定期召开联席会议，明确巡回法庭、人民调解委员会、行*管理部门的各自职责。设立专职联络员确保工作有效衔接，使物业纠纷案件联动处理机制在全区迅速展开。区法院建议由法院与住建部门、物价部门、街道办事处、人民调解委员会联合成立物业纠纷快速调处中心，共同在社区调处物业纠纷，有效解决物管难题。
